After rumors emerged about the battery capacity of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, more information about Samsung's next top-of-the-range model has also started to circulate.
This information has now been advanced by the Ice Universe page on the social network X, which says that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have 16GB of RAM - more than the 12GB that was present in the predecessor of the Galaxy S24 series.
If confirmed, this means that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be better able to handle more applications simultaneously and also present more advanced performance than the previous Ultra model.
