In response to the company's shareholders on this issue, Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa explained that the best way to ensure that there are enough consoles for all customers is to produce in quantity.
The leader of the Japanese company explained that only by producing enough units of the new console will it be possible to prevent some people from buying more units and then trying to sell them on at higher prices.
"We are considering whether we can take any measures within the law, taking into account the circumstances of each region," said Furukawa.
