A report on global mobile phone sales from Counterpoint Research indicates that Xiaomi managed to overtake Apple in the ranking of best-selling brands in August.
The report in question shows that Xiaomi's sales are relatively at the same level with a slight increase, while Apple's sales have fallen sharply throughout the year as the unveiling of a new generation of iPhones approaches.
It is important to note, however, that despite Xiaomi's apparent stability, the company still saw growth of around 22% in the first half of 2024 compared to the same period last year.
