The courts have accepted the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office and convicted ex-BBB Felipe Prior of another rape crime that took place in Votuporanga, in the interior of São Paulo, in February 2015.
However, this is not the first time that the architect has been convicted by the courts. In September, he was sentenced to 8 years for another rape crime that took place in 2014. The judge responsible for accepting the MP's request was Vinicius Castrequini Bufulin.
According to the decision, the ex-BBB was sentenced to 6 years in prison to be served initially in a semi-open regime. “In view of the above, I grant the request to sentence the defendant Felipe Antoniazzi Prior to the penalty of article 213, caput, of the Penal Code, which I set at 6 years in prison to be served initially in a semi-open regime,” the judge ruled.
