More than 20 years after the release of '28 Days Later', director Danny Boyle is returning to this post-apocalyptic world with '28 Years Later' - a new film that will feature Jodie Comer, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Ralph Fiennes in the main roles.
The film released its first trailer this week and has left very positive impressions among film aficionados. What you may not know is that, according to Wired magazine, this film was shot entirely using Apple's iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The publication states that the production of '28 Years Later' used “a series of adapted iPhone 15 cell phones” to film the film with a budget of 75 million dollars (71.3 million euros).
Only when '28 Years Later' is released in cinemas, in June 2025, will we be able to see the final result of this filming with the iPhone 15 Pro Max, but in the meantime, you can get a small glimpse in the trailer above.
