Danny Trejo disagrees with the celebrity, noting that the inmates who are helping fight the fires are receiving other benefits.
As Danny is a former inmate who worked as a firefighter while incarcerated, he explained that inmates who volunteer to perform first aid duties have their sentences reduced. In addition, he stresses that for these people who are incarcerated, the most important thing is the reduction of their sentence.
