Real Madrid have beaten Al Nassr to the punch and become the first club to wish Cristiano Ronaldo a happy birthday, as he turns 40 on Wednesday.
"Dear Cristiano Ronaldo of Real Madrid, we would like to send you warm congratulations on your 40th birthday," he began by writing on his account on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
"All Real Madrid fans are proud of your legend and what you represent in our history. Happy day with your family and loved ones," he added.
It is worth remembering that Cristiano Ronaldo played at the Santiago Bernabéu between 2009 and 2018, with numerous individual and collective achievements, later moving to Juventus and, later, Manchester United and Al Nassr.
