Carlo Ancelotti announced on Friday that Thibaut Courtois will start in goal for Real Madrid in the Champions League final. In a press conference, the Italian coach surprised us by revealing that he will give the start to the Belgian keeper, who is still recovering pace after injury, relegating Lunin to the bench.

“Lunin has had the flu for a week and won't be traveling until tomorrow [Saturday]. He's fine, but he'll be on the bench, so Courtois will play,” explained Ancelotti, quoted by AS, before outlining what he expects from the final against Borussia Dortmund.

“A final is always the most important game, but also the most dangerous. We have to make the most of being here and we're going to do that. We have to do everything right tomorrow,” said Real Madrid's Italian coach.

Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid meet tomorrow, Saturday, at Wembley, starting at 20:00.
