Samsung took advantage of the most recent Unpacked event, on July 10th, to officially unveil the new Galaxy Buds 3 Pro wireless headphones. However, in recent times information has been circulating that, due to quality problems, Samsung had decided to cancel the launch of wireless headphones scheduled for this Wednesday, the 24th.
Notícias ao Minuto contacted Samsung Portugal about the topic and, in a statement, the company confirms that it has decided to “temporarily suspend” the arrival of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro in stores.
“We have become aware of some reports related to a limited number of devices from the initial production of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. We are closely monitoring this matter and remain committed to meeting the highest quality standards for our products”, said the Sales Director and Samsung Portugal Product, José Correia.
Furthermore, José Correia emphasizes that Samsung continues to “evaluate and improve quality control processes in order to avoid this type of situation as much as possible”.
“In this sense, and to ensure that all products meet our quality standards, we have temporarily suspended deliveries of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro devices to distribution channels so that we can carry out a complete quality control assessment before they reach the end consumer. ”, confirms José Correia. “We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
It is not yet known when Samsung now intends to launch the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro but, according to some international media, their arrival is scheduled for August 16th in Europe.
