An Asian woman has shared the assault she was subjected to in Long Island, USA, sharing the injuries caused by the random attack.
Runing Lao, 30, was on her way to work when a woman began assaulting her with an umbrella.
The attack, for no reason, left the Chinese woman traumatized and afraid to leave the house again.
‘I was only about 10 steps away from [the restaurant] Chipotle when a woman started hitting me for no reason,’ reports Runing Lao.
The 30-year-old victim was helped by a stranger who was watching the whole thing. According to him, the aggressor purposely hit Runing in an attempt to get into an argument with her.
The suspect had already been the protagonist of other attacks. On 4 July, she cut someone in the face with a razor blade during an argument over cocaine, police sources said.
