Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has shared an article on Medium in which he claims that the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus have not been in as much demand as the Pro models of Apple's latest generation of phones.
Kuo claims, in fact, that Apple has decided to 'cut' the number of units produced by 10 million between the end of 2024 and the first half of next year. Total production of the iPhone 16 in the last quarter of 2024 is expected to reach 80 million units.
As a reminder, in addition to the iPhone 16 series, Apple plans to launch the fourth generation iPhone SE in the spring of 2025.
