The goal is to reward security researchers who find vulnerabilities in the company's cloud systems.
Apple has shared a post on its official website's security blog stating that it will financially reward security researchers who have found vulnerabilities in the technology company's Artificial Intelligence (AI) cloud.
In addition, the Apple Company notes that these rewards can reach a maximum of one million dollars (923 thousand euros), an amount that will be awarded to those who manage to remotely execute malicious code on its private servers. As for researchers who manage to extract sensitive user information, Apple will pay up to 250 thousand dollars (230.7 thousand euros).
“We award maximum amounts for vulnerabilities that compromise user data and inference request data outside the [private cloud computing] trust boundary,” Apple said in the post.
