Three Dead, 10 Wounded in Russian Attacks in Southern Ukraine

Three people were killed and 10 injured in Russian attacks on the towns of Mykolaïv and Zaporíjia in southern Ukraine, local authorities announced today.


Mykolaiv, two people were killed and another was injured in a Russian drone strike, the region's governor, Vitaly Kim, announced.



"The fire started in residential buildings in the city and all emergency services are on the ground," Kim said on the Telegram messaging platform.


The mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandre Senkevitch, warned the population that "the drone threat" would continue "until the all clear", in a message posted on Telegram.


In Zaporizhia, a frequent target of Russian forces, air strikes left one dead and nine injured on Sunday night, Ukrainian emergency services said.
