Actor Jesse Eisenberg made waves when he played Meta co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg in David Fincher's 2010 film 'The Social Network'. However, it seems that in light of recent developments, Eisenberg doesn't want to be associated with the tech giant's leader in any way.

“It’s like this guy is… doing things that are problematic, removing fact-checking,” Eisenberg said in an interview on BBC Radio 4, indicating that he does not want to think of him “as someone associated with someone like that.”

“There are security concerns. It makes people in the world who already feel threatened feel even more threatened,” Eisenberg noted.

Remembering that, shortly after Donald Trump's inauguration as the new US president, Zuckerberg announced the removal of fact-checking on Meta's social networks and also changes to content moderation policies.
