With easy-to-find ingredients you can recreate this peach tart recipe, created by nutritionist Ana Luísa Mousinho.
Ingredients:
1.5 nectarines or other peach
6 tablespoons of oat flakes
6 tablespoons of spelled wholemeal flour (if you have a gluten-free diet, change it)
150 g light Greek yogurt + 1 measure of water
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of psyllium
Cinnamon
Lemon zest
1 teaspoon of yeast
30 g of sliced almonds
1 handful of raspberries
Preparation method:
1- Start by beating the eggs in a bowl.
2- Add the yogurt + 1 measure of water, honey, lemon zest and cinnamon. Stir everything very well.
3- Then add the oat flakes, flour, yeast and psyllium. Mix again.
4- Add the almonds and peach and mix again.
5- Place the mixture in a mold.
6- Add the raspberries.
7- Place in the oven or air fryer at 180ºC for approximately 15 minutes.
